However, what about attention to McCain?
Honestly, people didn't care much about him when he was behind in the primaries. Eventually, people decided they didn't like anyone else any better than him, so he won.
Not to demerit his credentials, but he never was an enthralling candidate. Maybe none of the Republicans were. Still, because of this, I think most people don't care really what he's up to. Now that the race is uncontested, they'll care less.
Undoubtedly, the Democrat will get more attention. They would anyway, but McCain's best luck will have voters coming holding their noses. Too bad, I just regret all the people who liked McCain or Huckabee more than the rest. Boggles me.
Still, McCain will likely win, because the Democrats are too ridiculous. They're too antagonistic. Maybe no one likes Bush, but no one likes the guy that's always against Bush but never does anything about it (or seems to). So the Democrats are whiners. They have totally catered to their base, and achieved nothing. Republicans are pretty handy about pandering and pushing their agenda. I wonder what the difference is? Maybe the oval office. Yeah, too bad the Dems will probably lose it again. They need a better strategy and more guts.
